Jeff Garr - Chief Executive Officer  
 

Since founding AdminaService in 2001, Jeff has led the AdminaService/HR Knowledge team both strategically and tactically.  The company has continued to show strong growth while maintaining the existing client base. 

Prior to founding AdminaService, Inc., Jeff spent over 20 years in the Sales/Sales Management/HR arena.  Jeff’s sales and marketing experience included most recently starting a Fidelity Investments Company named, HR Logic, Inc. in 1998, an HR outsourcing company.  This experience helped to give Jeff the inspiration to start AdminaService, Inc.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Northeastern University. He is an active member of the Mansfield, MA Rotary Club having served as President. Jeff is the president of Network 128, A widely sought after business to business networking group in Boston, MA.

 
Bryan Nelson — Chief Operating Officer  
 

Bryan has over of 14 years of experience in customer service, business process outsourcing, and marketing. Prior to founding HR Knowledge, Bryan spent four years at HR Logic, Inc., a Fidelity Capital Company, where he was instrumental in developing the organization’s New England marketplace. During his tenure, he consistently ranked in the top 10% of all Regional Managers.

Prior to his tenure at HR Logic, Bryan was Managing Director of Sailboard Vacations N.V., where he was responsible for all aspects of operations, marketing and customer service. Among his many accomplishments, Bryan played key roles in the company’s management turnaround and the successful sale of the company to new investors. Before joining Sailboard Vacations, he was an Area District Manager with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he distinguished himself as a top producer and consistently achieved the highest sales awards.

Bryan graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.


 

 
Ken Bettenhauser — President, Brokerage Services  
 

Ken Bettenhauser: Since co-founding HR Knowledge in 2001, Ken has led its Benefit Brokerage division.  Ken works directly with our clients to analyze and make recommendations to reduce their largest corporate expenditures surrounding payroll and employee benefit costs. 

Prior to co-founding HR Knowledge, Ken spent over 10 years in the Benefit, Payroll and HR Technology fields.  Ken was the Director of Sales for ADP's Emerging Business Division in New England. He continued his outsourcing experience at ONEWORLD Software Solutions, a software development company. Most recently Ken served as an Application Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley College.

Dan Hughes — Chief Marketing Officer  
 

In this role, Dan is responsible for implementing and maintaining HR Knowledge | AdminaService’s strategic partner relationships.

Dan has more than 20 years of sales, and sales management experience. Dan began his career with ADP New England where he spent 14 years in sales, sales management and executive management positions. Following ADP, Dan worked with Lawson Software where he was a top performer selling Lawson’s Enterprise Solutions to America’s largest Retailers.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and Marketing from Suffolk University.
